As Operations Manager in our expanding tramp parcel and MPP operations you will hold an essential role in ensuring a high-quality and flawless operation of our vessels to meet the demands of our customers.
You will be in daily contact with a number of parties such as captains, port agents, owners, charterers, and last but not least, our ZEAMARINE colleagues in our multiple offices worldwide. You should have a constant focus on optimizing voyages by ensuring a close follow-up on voyage related expenses. We take pride in showing accurate and updated figures in our voyage calculations.

You have minimum 5 years’ practical operations experience in dry cargo parceling operations. You demonstrate good communication skills and possess a problem solving mindset. You are a team player and at the same time able to work independently by taking ownership of your tasks; your follow-up and ability to deliver is second to none. You thrive in a varied and unpredictable working environment where skills as persistence, overview and can-do attitude will support our ambition of being the preferred partner in our business.
You take pride in delivering good service to our customers and your approach and work is well-organized, structured and effective. In addition, you demonstrate an excellent attention to detail without missing the overall picture.
You appreciate working in a multicultural environment and you must be fluent in English both oral and written, as it is our corporate language. Further, you must have good IT skills.
